Peanut's Story:

Peanut came to us from eastern Washington where he was part of a dancing pony troupe.  He did not have the personality for show business because he is super laid back and sweet.  He is bullet proof, spooks at nothing, and is endlessly patient with children.

When Finally Home had a booth at the Night Out for Monroe in July 2016, Peanut was the star of our booth.  He had so many children touching and playing with him and was a great sport.  Visitors to the barn first see Peanut, when his is leaning his head out of his stall to say hi.

Peanut has been our go-to mascot for events with the public.  He stands quietly while hoards of people line up to pet him and take pictures.  He needs a home with other horses or pets because he is very social.  He's a great little guy.

Butterscotch and Peanut have been adopted together by a lovely family.  We are so happy they got to stay together and we are sure they will be loved and cared for.
